BARREL TENDER
The foundation of Whiskey Thief — ideal for bourbon enthusiasts, people persons, natural hosts, or those who enjoy hospitality, business, or any field where people skills matter.
You’ll guide guests through tastings, thieve straight from the barrel, and help create unforgettable moments — one pour at a time.
TOUR GUIDE/EXPERIENCE LEAD
Bring Whiskey Thief to life. As a Tour Guide, you’ll be one of the first faces guests meet — leading tours, telling our story, answering questions, and turning our script into an experience.
We’re looking for people who are dynamic and outgoing — comfortable speaking to a crowd, quick on their feet with questions, and able to make the script their own while keeping the facts straight. If you can blend energy with authenticity, and can tell a great story, this is your stage.
BOTTLING TEAM
If you like rolling up your sleeves, work that is hands-on, detail-driven, and whiskey-loving, this role is all about crafting bottles with care and pride. You’ll be part of the crew that fills, labels, and packs each bottle — bringing our whiskey to life, one pour at a time.
It’s hands-on, fast-paced, and essential — and yes, it smells amazing.
BARTENDER
Have a talent for mixing drinks and mixing it up with guests? We’re looking for bartenders who pour with skill, serve with style, share our whiskey story, and keep the vibe lively and welcoming. If you’ve got experience, energy, and a love for bourbon, let’s talk.
