Our Private Barrel Selection experience puts you right at the source — beginning in our barrel warehouse, surrounded by the scent of aging whiskey-filled oak barrels, sampling straight from the barrel with our expert team, learning the nuances of each: mash bill, proof, age, and flavor profile. Once you’ve found “the one,” we’ll bottle it just for you, complete with custom labeling and packaging.
Whether you’re stocking your bar, gifting something unforgettable, or creating a legacy pour, it doesn’t get more personal than this.
HAND-SELECTED FOR QUALITY
We’ll provide three to five carefully curated barrel samples based on age, mash bill, or other criteria you specify. Only barrels that meet our high standards will be offered, and we’ll inform you in advance if we don’t have a match for your preferences.
Pricing & Proofing
Pricing is based on two factors: the age of the barrel and your desired proof in the bottle. Typical bottles (all expenses included) range from $60 to $120 per bottle.
Once you select your barrel, after it's dumped and proofed, we can determine the final bottle count. While bottle yield varies (typically between 120–200 at barrel proof), we estimate around 200 bottles from a 6-year-old barrel at barrel strength.
Although we usually sell only whole barrels, we can discuss half-barrel opportunities.

Full payment is due once your product is packaged and ready for pickup.
The empty barrel itself is all yours to keep!
Pickup only — we cannot ship out of Kentucky at this time.
Typical turnaround time: 6–8 weeks (label design is the biggest variable).
